Message-ID: <1384@titan.camcon.uucp> Date: 5 Apr 88 10:46:19 GMT Organization: Cambridge Consultants Ltd., Cambridge, UK Lines: 13 Keywords: TLINK Turbo A few weeks back, there was discussion of the message "too much global data" from TLINK. At the time, I thought it odd because I had successfully linked a 200K program (giving a 120K map file!) using TLINK with no trouble. Then I tried to link MicroEmacs in "Compact" model, and the message appeared. Switch to "Large" - yes, I know the authors said it needed Large - and all went perfectly. Moral - the message seems to mean "Too much data for this memory model". -- UUCP: ...!ukc!camcon!igp | Cambridge Consultants Ltd | Ian Phillipps or: igp@camcon.uucp | Science Park, Milton Road |----------------- Phone: +44 223 358855 | Cambridge CB4 4DW, England |
