If anyone is interested, I managed to track down LogoWriter (nee
MS Logo).  Microsoft discontinued their product and licensed it to a 
company called Logo Computer Systems (800-321-5646).

Their LogoWriter is the same that runs on the Apple II at my daughter's
school, according to the LCS support person.  The current version is
CGA-compatible and sells for $129.  It is orderable directly from LCS.

They are currently developing an EGA-compatible version which they expect
to release in the summer.
