I am one of the System Administrators here, and we received some 
confusing instructions for updating our active news groups.

1) Remove comp.sys.mac.programmer
2) Remove comp.sys.mac.hypercard

This struck me as real srtange since I just read a posting saying that
com.sys.mac.hypercard was to be created. 

Could anyone who knows what the proper status of these news groups are
please send me a mail message
