Yes, I have a modem and a UNIX account. I despise pic, so I use the Macintosh instead. Once I've done the writing, I upload the file in plaintext format and phrase-check it with diction. I then run bibref to print my bibliography, download it to my document, and merge it by hand. I think I'd rather have a citation database, than use MS-Word's citation features.
