This agreement was allowewd (by both parties, I guess) to be released to the
publich sometime last wekk, as reported in MacWeek, among others.

The text actually isinteresting from a number of viewpoints, but I was
most amused by the clause requiring MS to update word.

I didn't know that such agreements were made.  Hmm...
