Lines: 19 Keywords: Is It Reliable? We sent an ordering form to a Mac dealer to buy a Jasmine 90 MB internal hard drive. The dealer later offered us Rodime 108MB internal hard drive with the same price of the Jasmine HD. The dealer claimed that Rodime was the prime manufature of all the Mac internal hard drive, therefore it should be reliable. We know that there are many satisfied owners of the Jasmine HD in the net. Can anyone offer opinions and experiences with the Rodime 108 HD? We need to give the dealer a definite answer in two or three days. Here are some comparisons of the two HDs. Jasmine 90MB Rodime 108MB Capacity after formatting 88.0Mb 102.0Mb Average access time 16.5msec 28msec The price will be about $1400 for the both of them. Which one are you going for if they are both reliable? -- Fang Zhong 1-919-684-8247 Duke University Dept. of Physics fang@dukempd.uucp Durham, N.C. 27706 mcnc!duke!dukempd!fang
