Each day the clients will dial in to my customer's macII and upload a stuffed file containing the day's work. I am looking for reccomendations on ways to automate this process. I have used RR a while back but never done much scripting (I now use Versaterm for my own work, but its scripting is severely insufficient for this purpose), do you think that a combination of RR and RR-Host would be a good choice? How about Microphone? What about this new package from supermac (I have forgotten the name of the product)? Also, we are considering the option of not doing it on a timed, automated basis. In this case, is it worth considering one of the async-appletalk techniques (ie shiva netmodem), or should I stick with traditional telecomm programs. Note that users will be extremely unknowladgeable, and that cost is not a major issue (they're already getting large-color-screen/large-disk macII's). Thanks for any help you can provide.
