Microphone is EXCELLENT for such an application.
The script language is powerful and provides learning facilities
that will enable you to walk it through once and create the
script..
One could even write a bbs with it.. 

I guess I am just plain prejudiced concerning Microphone,but 
it is the best terminal package I have seen yet for the Mac.
