Summary: If you want to share improvements you made to UUPC, now is the time!

We are about to start looking at version 2 of UUPC, and we would
appreciate it if those of you who have made changes to version 1,
and would like to share the changes with us for inclusion into
version 2, would contact us about the changes.  (Please do *not*
send sources or diff listings immediately, we are only compiling
a list of existing changes at this point.)
