The VMS machine is using an Excelan EXOS 203 board, running the EXOS 8044-01
Rev B TCP/IP software.

The 3130 IRIS is running GL2-W3.5r1, with bug fixes 004-0134-663 and 673.
The TCP/IP kernel is running.
