Can anybody think of a way to get the daylight savings code to work correctly other than fixing ctime and rebuilding all the utilities (something that mere users obviously can't do with a binary-only system)? Maybe some kind soul at Uport could post, either here or to the Uport bbs, a script that does appropriate binary patches to all the utilities that need it. (Yuck.)
