Here's my situation: Our Computing Center administration has finally admitted that Unix is "unavoidable" and is going to invest in some formal training for the staff. Fortunately for me, they aren't requiring me to provide it. Unfortunately for me, I have been asked to locate some appropriate formal training. I need to have someone(s) come to our site (SUNY@Buffalo) to provide Unix instruction to about 15 programmer/analysts of the "User Services" type. These people are already experienced in VAX/VMS and IBM/CMS. This means that the instruction doesn't have to be too basic and yet must be thorough. I have a heap of literature (glossies) on my desk from several companies providing this service but was wondering if any one had already used a service of this type. If you have used this service could you please reply via e-mail and tell me about it? Thanks, Gretchen phillips@cs.buffalo.edu {ames, boulder, decvax, rutgers}!sunybcs!phillips
