Check it out for the full story] 1) Microsoft helped apple invent the apple windowing system, including such concepts as "Zooming", Menu bars, and Icon dragging and etc. According to the Microsoft CEO "There were more Microsoft programmers working on the thing than ther were apple programmers" 2) Microsoft HAS a licence agreement which covers the Machontosh stuff along with A hell of a lot else.
