OPEN LOOK is a graphical user interface design, it is not
a particular piece of code.  It is targetted to be
implementable atop various window systems (according
to the announcements).  It is the equivalent of that
which is described in the "Macintosh User Interface
Handbook".  User interfaces are not code - user interface
agents are code.  You create a user interface paradigm
with artists, not programmers.
