Look at clients/x10tox11/README for discussion of a partial solution
to some of the problems: a filter which enables running an X10 client
under X11.

Otherwise, see doc/X10-correspond, "A Guide to Converting X10 Xlib
Calls" by Ron Newman, MIT Project Athena.  It is "a list of X10 Xlib
routines, with their equivalents in X11"; basically a porting guide.
