If I understand the manual correct, ButtonMotionMask should send
MotionNotify events only when the mouse button is down.
However, I seem to be getting such events even with no button down.
This is release 2 with the QVSS driver.  Am I misunderstanding the
manual, forgetting something, or should I suspect a server bug?
