Nor can they demand an account on my system for any purpose, including reading/posting news. C'mon, guys, the only reason we have USENET is because the people with the money and the machines are doing us a favor. I think it's pretty sad that so many people take this for granted, and that some people even go so far as to insist that we've got a God-given *right* to Netnews access.
