The University of Alberta is hosting the Supercomputing
Symposium '88 to provide a forum for researchers,
academics, and administrators to discuss the viability
of supercomputers in industries and universities. The
Symposium, which is devoted to the support, promotion,
and use of supercomputers, will also give the participants
an opportunity to discuss the effects of supercomputers
on society.

The conference program, speaker list and registration
information are available on NICSERVE@BITNIC in the file
Alberta Program.
