Has there been any movement on the creation of a sci.ocean discussion
group? I know there was some active debate on whether or not the
group should be created recently. Did someone take the part
of collecting votes for this group? If so, please add my vote for
creation of the group.! If not, then it's time to open the discussion
on this worthwhile topic. Areas of possible discussion include:

	Biological Oceanography
	Physical Oceanography
	Marine Engineering
	Marine Instrumentation
	Marine Exploration
	Law of the Sea  and Marine Exploitation (perhaps too
	political)
