Although C News is smaller, faster, better designed and better written
than B News (I know because Geoff Collyer told me so), it is somewhat
more difficult to install, so if Chris has never installed news before,
he would probably be better off starting with B News.

As for where he would get a complete copy of the last release of C News:
that seems to me to be a strange question, when both the authors
work at U of T.  Your best bet would be to send e-mail to Geoff at
utstat!geoff, or to Henry at utzoo!henry.
