what the world needs is an annotated list of what's at simtel20.
if there's anywhere that has a well-organized, well-maintained
name space for ms-dos files and a reasonable chance that anyone
can get stuff to and from it with a little help, that's it.

i see one document per directory on simtel20 makes some sense.

I think I can volunteer a few people for the task.  We've got
a big collection here a michigan with an index of what's there.

volunteers, coordinators, anyone else want to get at this task?
just posting the updated index bits could keep this group busy.
