For the Micom I am not sure.  I would contact the manufacturer for both it 
and the Western Digital card.  The 3com card was not supported under Novell 
until quite recently.  I believe Novell and 3com worked out thier differences
and drivers should now be available from 3com or Novell.  

One number I have found to be valuble is 1-800-555-1212.  This will give you 
directory information for all the 800 numbers.
