It seems some people are under the delusion that the half-price
offer is still available in Canada. Well, although it was (once
again) extended in the U.S., Telebit Canada has not seen fit to
do the same. In The Great White North the offer expired March 31st.

Putting on my "authorized dealer" hat, I would like to suggest
to Telebit (U.S.) that they have a talk with Germain and try to
explain to her that being gready isn't making her any more money,
it's just driving Canadian customers to (illegally) purchase
gray market modems from the U.S. This benefits no one, and should
stop NOW!
