The information I received was from the people at Telebit Technologies Canada (Toronto). They stated quite explicitly that the offer was not being extended in Canada. Keep in mind that Telebit Technologies Canada is completely independent from Telebit in the US. As far as I know, the US company has no holdings in the Canadian operation. We have been thinking of putting together our own "usenet" offer for Canada. Although we can't offer the modems at half price, we could put them out the door for $1695 each if there's enough interest. -- {alberta, utzoo, uunet}!ncc!lyndon lyndon@Nexus.CA
