The U of Toronto and the U of Waterloo are certainly fine schools but I think that the University of Alberta would certainly have to be in the top 5. Facilities are about as good as any large University (except that we don't have a Cray like U of T). I know several people taking Computing degrees at McGill and from talking to them it is my opinion that McGill is riding on a reputation formed years ago, in other departments. gainer@alberta.UUCP
