Hi,

I'm building GNUemacs 18.50 on VMS 4.5.

While executing build.com i get the following messages:

	Loading inc-vers
	New Emacs version will be 18.50.4
	IO error writing mh$roo2:[gnu.fld.gnu.lisp]version.el

The command which generates these errors is

	temacs -l inc-vers


Does anybody know what caused the IO error?
I checked the permissions, they seem to be allright ...
