Summary: there is not a way to erase; retrographics is not the same

Retrographics was an add in, single bit plane, board to let some
terminals emulate tek terminals.  Erasing on retrographics boards
was an extension. You definitely cannot erase areas smaller than the
entire screen on tektronix storage tube terminals.
