   For both the 4015 and 4014 series terminals, it can't be done.. at least
not without clearing the entire screen.
   There is a "refresh" mode in which the lines drawn are not stored, but
the computer has to constantly redraw the picture -- 30 times/sec if one wants
to avoid flicker.
