Due to the large number of changes made between versions 1.18.1 and 1.20.0, I am not putting up diffs. To accompany the release of GNU C++ 1.20.0, GDB+ 2.5.0 has also been released today. First, the good news: GNU C++ 1.20.0 has successfully compiled Keith Gorlen's OOPS library, and passes all tests except for dep.c (which does not compile). It also compiles and correctly executes one of the three test programs in the vector library. In addition, it compiles all of Mark Linton's InterViews package (a C++ interface to the X Window system) except for one file in a demo program. I will be working on these problems, which (fortunately) are related. Sadly, it does not perform these feats on these software packages as they come ``out of the box''. However, if there is sufficient interest, I will make diffs available for these packages (which are also free software). Thank you for your continued support. Having (essentially) compiled these libraries, it now looks like GNU C++ has made it over its most difficult hurdle. Keep those reports and comments coming, they are extremely helpful. Cheers! Michael
