The problem noted by Jack Vogel at Turnkey Computer Consultants related to
elm problems during some functions when a user hangs up or is otherwise
disconnected during a modem call has been traced. The area in question is
in elm 1.7 beta software procedure syscall.c, SIGHUP is equated to SIG_IGN
within a signal call. Any fixes to this prior to my own will be welcome,
although I have yet to have this 'feature' bite me. Thanks to the author(s)
of elm, it is really a nice front end to mail.
