I'm really confused about what the real, latest, GENERALLY AVAILABLE version
of elm is.  I have 1.5, and from what I've seen in this newsgroup lately, it
seems obvious that this is not it.  I've seen discussions here of 1.7, with
and without beta, and even of 2.0.  Now, I'm pretty sure that I haven't
missed anything, either here or in comp.sources.{unix,misc}, so I don't think
a newer version was posted that I didn't see.  What gives?
