We're desperately seeking a way to do binary input on a microvax ii
using rs232 terminal line.  sys$qiow with extended characteristic tt$2_pasthru
and all terminator characters cleared does not store characters with ascii
code between 0 and 32 in buffer. How come ?
Bright ideas welcome.  Thanks in advance.
