I got Nelson Beebe's DVIALW (DVI to apple laserwriter) program via
anonymous ftp to science.utah.edu.  I don't remember the exact
path to the files, but if you poke around you should be able to
find it.  DVIALW works with the Kellerman and Smith TeX distribution
(that's what we have).  I don't know about others - it may
depend on the format of the font files.
