Bob,  Your last paragraph suggested a campaign to get everyone running the
"new, improved" version of TCP that Jacobson and Karels have developed.
Van and Mike are putting on a two day seminar on that very subject
in a week and thus far we have more than half of the reelvant vendors
signed up to attend.  Hopefully those will provide enough oomph to
get products in the field soon.  (And goad the others to upgrade their
products or suffer vanishing sales...)
