Use the FTP client of your choice, and connect to sri-nic.arpa.  Login
as "anonymous", give your real user id as the password.  Use whatever
your FTP calls "change foreign directory" to move to the directory "rfc:"
(on unix, this would be "cd rfc:").  Use "dir" to browse, "get" (in ascii
mode) to fetch.  Have fun.

sri-nic-arpa is either 10.0.0.51, or 26.0.0.73, if you don't have domain
name support.
