I posted a copy of the specification to 'pcip' a week or two ago. It is also available via anonymous FTP from "vax.ftp.com". There are three files: packet-d.mss is unformatted, for processing by FinalWord II (which has a syntax quite close to Scribe); packet-d.prn is formatted for an HP LaserJet with the "TMS Proportional 2" font cartridge, and packet-d.ascii is straight ascii, without even form-feeds.
