Easier than using FTP is using mail... Send mail to

	service@sri-nic.arpa

with the Subject: field identifying what you want. (You'll have to
add a pro forma message for some mailers, but this is ignored).
The following are examples of requests:

	Subject: get rfc:rfc-index.txt

		Retrieves the RFC index.

	Subject: RFC nnnn

		Retrieves RFC nnnn

	Subject: get ietf:ideas-index.txt

		Retrieves the index of Internet task force "ideas"
		(often precursors to RFCs).

Note that the "service" server may break up a large block
of text into multiple mail messages. (The RFC index is
three messages itself.)
