If you try to put IP packets into netbios datagrams watch out for
those implementations that do a name discovery for each netbios
datagram sent.  (Some adaptors did little, if any, caching of
prior name discover results.)

This is not a problem if you send the IP packets on netbios sessions,
except you can have a @!~+* lot of sessions open.
