Yeah. Particularly if the code word is "How's uncle Tom?". I also read about this kind of monitoring, extended also to radio broadcasts, but I can't recall the source. I think it was BYTE magazine in a "speech processing" issue, but I'm not sure about it. I don't know how effective this kind of procedure might be.
