I know this is probably an outrageous request but I am wondering if anyone knows of any attempts to put the BSD job control, word editting (^r, ^w, tab deletion, etc.) into a traditional system v like tty driver? I would like the best of both worlds obviously. Is this too big a job for someone's dissertation or a Master's project :-)? -- Larry W.
