I have also been playing aroound with animation routines in that time and I can categorically state that object -=>DO<=- come apart when using it. It looks like every object has a slightly serrated edge on both sides and to me is not at all objectionable but if I had my choice I would rather it not be there. It does fix the flicker problem in interlace mode and thats what I bought it for, since I have been doing a radar display where I work and this must be in 640X400 mode I find it an excellent display solution to my problem, but I recomend to anyone who wants one to look at the serrated edge effect that it causes on all animation objects and decide for themselves if they like it. I would much rather have slight edges on my animation objects then 1/4" gaps between scan lines!!!(I find scan line gap very objectionable and rough edges on sprites and bobs much less so -=> BUT THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPINION ONLY <=- NOTE : Because of the scan line gap fill function of flicker fixer bobs and sprites in non interlace mode also have serrated vertical edges!! -Roger
