The GNU termcap just went by on comp.sources.misc.

Even better: the BSD networking software is now available for 
general use. NOte that it is NOT public domain, it is still 
copyrighted, but you may take it and put it on an amiga and ATT
can't touch you. There are four parts:
1) ip
2) tcp
3) socket library
4) i forgot.
   Anyway, this is a super project for those of you who want to 
learn about networking.
