The transwarp and zip chip both run at an effective 3.6 mhz. Zip uses a preemptive fetch, transwarp uses faster ram chips with the 4 mhz 65C02. And since the zip chip includes its own gate timers it would either only work as well as a transwarp, or damage your transwarp card. Its just another 4 MHz 65C02.
