In regard  to changing the vectors in the d000-ffff address space,
forget it, to intercept the reset vector use the page
3 address, intercept it there.  The hardware automatically pulls
the rom in when reset is pressed, then it reads the addresses to
jump to for intercepts/reset.
However it is a very interesting way to change the commands in Basic.
