APPLE2-L accepts EXECUTIONER 4bit format. Probably the best idea is squeeze
the docs, put program & docs into a BNY file and EXECUTIONER the BNY file
(assuming that the end result is under 40K or so; otherwise send docs
separately).

I don't own a IIgs, but I think SHRCONVERT already exists in APPLE2-L's
archives (Grant? Bill? <someone else who owns a IIgs and subscribes to
APPLE2-L>?).
