I like the idea of being able to bring my //GS into ANY Apple dealer and having them upgrade it, fix it, or do whatever to it. I can also just call my dealer i f I have a question about a problem if I need to. 99% of the Apple dealers are willing to take that time to talk to you on the phone and help you out. Yes, Apple may be going off the deep end by filing complaints against other companies for the "look and feel" of an interface, but I think that I, and most of the rest of you out there in Netland, got exactly what we paid for, a good product with a very developed local support network.
