I've seen the first(!), and the second one is coming out any day now. The first tape is called "Atari at Hannover", and is a long tape showing CyberPaint, CAD-3D, and other such animations through their paces. They (Antic/Atari?) show uses of the Cyber series and the Atari ST for professional uses, such as special effects design, preliminary CAD work, digitizing, television video production (yes, I saw GENLOCK on the tape!), and other such features. I presume this was played by Atari during the Hannover Faire... The second tape is called "The best of the Cyber Studio" (or something like that), and is an Antic-produced self-product-promoting tape. They've been collecting quality Cyber-stuff demos from people around the country (world?), and putting it all on tape. I hear that there will be an ad for this video in an upcoming issue of _The Catalogue_ (that's Antic's bound-in-the-magazine mail-order booklet, remember). Just so you'll know, --R.J. B-) P.S. I'd love to be a CyberPunk, but I don't got the time. B-) P.P.S. One of the demos on the Antic videotape will be from a close friend of mine. Watch for "The California Raisins"... ______________________________________________________________________________ Bitnet: rjung@castor.usc.edu "Who needs an Amiga?" = == = = == = Power WithOUT the Price = == = ===== == ===== Just because it's 8-bits doesn't make it obsolete. ==== == ====
