Subject: Moshe's UPROOT and directory hell

In a recent posting there was mention of a program by Moshe Braner called
UPROOT that apparently forces TOS to read the directory off of the current
disk.  The Houston fileserver (Bitnet) doesn't have it -- could someone
please mail this program to me?  Actually, what I really want is the source
code...  Anyone writing a program where the user has to switch disks
(to insert a data disk or whatever) should know how this is done.
