My results from attempting and failing to successfully down-load and decode
binary files from UH-INFO at ...  :
     1)  I need a modem for my ST!
     2)  I need Uniterm to use with a modem
     3)  Transfering files through a PC with an IRMA board
                       and through a PC with a modem
                                      doesn't work for programs!
                       (except for decoded and unarced text files)
     4) I was given an arc utility by a fellow info-atarian which works on
        a VMS system!  It works!  But what can I do with a binary file that
        gets screwed up during transfer to a floppy?  NOTHING!
So, I can get text files.  wow.   It's something, at least.
