I am receiving reissues of digests from beginning of April.  I have received
two of each of the following: 198, 199, 200, and 201 -- for now.  The problem
is that the articles *all* have appeared before (for example the 199 that I
received today contained articles dating back to #192) BUT NOT IN THE SAME
ORDER.

In addition, they are probably overwriting and destroying the original valid
messages in the archives!

It seems like messages are not getting proberly flushed after being digested.
Maybe it's related to the identical numbers: 178, 179, and 180 -- which was
a previous problem.
